    Yeah, but what joshhh means is they might want to give some information about what kind of players they are looking for. Most people will only fill out a form, if they think they have a chance of joining, but if you are not looking for their skill level etc, then it will be a waste of their time.

    As there is no information about skill level or other requirements, they don't post where they are based, people probably won't bother filling out the form.

    Lol, in HR, you specify what you are looking for, and get targeted responses from teh applications, then select the >80th percentile.

    How many quality job applications would I get if I just gave out a form that asked:

    How many years have you been working?
    What other jobs have you had?
    Are you a good worker?
    Which country do you live in?
    What is your name?
    How old are you?

    I tell you what, I wouldn't apply for a job advertised like that, sounds way too dodgy.... If you have ever been in HR, you should know that ;)
