I've been playing NS2 for a while, and suddently today I realized that servers were considering me as a rookie again ...

I discovered that you can look your profile stats at hive.naturalselection2.com, and http://hive.naturalselection2.com/profile/3886910 shows that I only played 1h ... Comparing to my steam community which is showing that I played around 84h (http://steamcommunity.com/id/pfoo/).

Where did my hours of playing and skill points just go ?!

    They didn't go anywhere...

Hive only records rounds on Unmodded/Whitelisted servers. As an example, I have recorded over 150hours since hive began, but hive has me down as playing for a total of 5 hours.

NS2Stats.com also records rounds played on NS2Stats enabled servers, although, that got a reset after reinforced (Build 251 is the new start), so I only show as having played 28mins of NS2 on there....

Check your filters at ns2stats (ok another bug lol)! You have 12h total at ns2stats.com, look at this http://ns2stats.com/player/player/18458?alltime= true

    Wow total time stats :D

    BTT:

Which server considered you as rookie again and how?

    Ok, It was multiple bugs.

At first I was unable to login on two "non rookie" server because of an "invalid data" error.
When I tried a third (non rookie) server, I was able to connect but got kicked for being rookie.
I then got little scared when I saw my profile on hive.

The invalid data error was actually steam related and I had to create a new local profile and upload it to steam cloud (strange though that this locked me on some server only ?)
The kick was actually a no rookie mod bug.

It's probably because your settings got reset. Try looking in Steam/userdata/Userid/4920/remote/options.xml and resorting previous versions
