Not enough resources sound server

This sometimes appears in the console of my dedicated servers and chokes up the game for a few seconds,
I have googled it around but I haven't found any topics about this error
U guys know what it is and what I can do about it?
I am running a windows 7 enterprise dedicated server.
Server specs:
I5 3750K @ 4.5Ghz
8gb ram
60gb ssd
There are plenty of memory resources and the cpu is also far from stretched to the max.
