.fev files are Fmod's 'index'-files. The sound data is stored in the .fsb-files. There's also the fmod project file .fdp
You cannot edit .fev or .fsb without the original .fdp files, which we don't have, so you need to make a new Fmod project and point to the right paths in the .lua files.
