shadow badge not working

i just got it today it been a few hours. it shows up in game, and on the forum just fine. but when i go to change the skins it doesn't. it wont change from normal to shadow, or to the other marines skins. as far as i can tell i got none of the perks that came with it.


explain/ help?

    How long ago did you buy it? it may take some time for it to work, not sure though.

    Did you redeem the skin steam keys ?

    Badges and Skins are two systems.
    Badges are given by the hive server.
    Skins are bound to steam dlcs you can unlock with given keys you either receive from the humblebundle site or via email ( i think now you get them from the humblebundle page).
