Reset to Default Keybinds Button

Would it be possible to have a button added to reset the keybindings to their default keys for both normal and command play? Also, can we get four new binds for the commander, namely:

Scroll Map Up (Default Up Arrow)
Scroll Map Down (Default Down Arrow)
Scroll Map Left (Default Left Arrow)
Scroll Map Right (Default Right Arrow)
