Server crashed after force balanced teams vote

This has happened to my server three times now in two days. Most of the times the force balanced teams vote goes through without trouble but sometimes this happens: https://dropbox.com/s/xtc9w540pwumm0r/NS2%20bug%20natural%20causes.jpg
The text <player> died by natural causes keeps repeating for about 10 seconds and then the server becomes unresponsive.

    Happy to help. I should add that, at the time for the crash, the server was running Shine admin, NS2Stats (Shine plugin), fix for Docking 263 and the custom maps Jambi and Kodiak.
