Hi!

I'm a quake live player and i had some questions about the acceleration....

Can i adjust some mouse acceleration settings more than the mouse accelerate in the main menu?
For example in quake live, you can adjust the acceleration like in ns2, but you can too set at wich speed the acceleration turn on.
And you can do some other things too for acceleration to have your very own mouse settings.

For almost every game (including ns2), no.

There is no need for this since this isn't twitch-action which is why there isn't that option.

In NS2, if you are 'twitch' shooting, you got jumped, and unless you were attacked by someone low on health, twitch shooting isn't going to help you much. NS2 is more about anticipation and tracking than twitch shooting, and as such, doesn't have the fine controls for things like mouse acceleration.

I'd personally disagree with the last two posters and agree that there is plenty of twitch moments. (especially with Shotgun) this doesn't mean what soul rider mentioned in regards to positioning and tracking isn't true, though.

Unfortunately, there exists no in depth settings for mouse acceleration in NS2. In fact, what quake live does in regards to its highly configurable settings is pretty much un matched by any other game.. I can't think of one game that has such a thorough implementation.

There may exist 3rd party programs out there, not sure though.
For me, I can't stand acceleration so I just use a large, hard mouse pad. :-)

i highly doubt acceleration is in a good state in this game, I wouldn't bother with it.
