Launchpad: Unable to open requested HTML document

When I open launchpad not only does it take forever to load but it also now spits out the message in the title, with http://67.18.238.10/spark/launchpad.html being what it tries to acces. As a consequence of this I cannot publish any mods to the workshop as it says "Publish Failed: The specified mod could not be found on the Workshop.".

Any ideas?

    That has no relation to this error, which is already known about and already fixed.
