[BUG] Kodiak cloak effect on marine hands in a small area

There is an odd cloak effect applied to marine hands (I'm using female marine model with kodiak skin, kodiak rifle and shadow shoulder decal). If I moved 1 metre in either direction, it went back to normal. This was in the pre-game, didn't test while the game was running.

    That's not cloaking, that's a decal on your hands. You see this because @Loki didn't put the decals close enough to the ground in those spots most likely.

    There's also a region a little bit closer to the doorway that does it too.

    As @samusdroid has mentioned it is because a decal is set to high which is my fault, my appologies. The fix for this will go out with the next patch.
