Cant get FPS up after NS2 update

For some reason my FPS has dropped from 40-50fps to 1-3fps after the most recent update. I have turned off every option that I can think of and now I cant turn down the resolution for some reason. The option to change resolution is now gone. I'm at my wits end, help please.

Here is my techsupport file. Maybe there is an answer in this that I am not seeing.

For the record, I have also tried to modify options file so that the resolution is 800x600. This did nothing. I also reloaded the game and this also did not work.
