email/password hijacked, need to play!

Long story short, I got hijacked! So after years without a computer I find that, what can I do?

I got my e-mail address back; (nsportfolio@yahoo.com), username: nsportfolio91
But the problem is my e-mail address and password have been changed (hijacked); can I get a reciept from the credit-card company to prove my account is actually mine?

    Are you talking about your Steam account? If so, please contact the Valve Steam Support!

    Indeed, losing your Steam account is a Valve issue, you will need to talk to their support.
