Badge not working tech didn't help

Bought a silver badge that didn't work, spoke to a tech who gave me a beta invite to another game I didn't care about and no badge. Any help? Sent my purchase # and still nothing. I hope there's a reply earlier than 6 days per answer unlike the last tech rep. Been following NS since day 1 way back when and I love the game, wish more people would follow it as I did though high school, military and young-late 20s.

Its not listed in your forum pic so you need to activate it on the forums first. There should have been instructions how to do so in the email you got after donating to the Reinforced program.

I got it to work! I forgot to activate my steam URL by clicking the link in the email. Adding just the key wasn't enough. Thanks!

Afterwards login here: http://hive.naturalselection2.com, then click on "Redeem Badges".

Hope that was it.

Ya, signed in on forums, followed email instructions, redeemed badges, did everything, sent my purchase # to the tech rep, still nothing, my other badge activated fine this one won't show up

Ok we need more details.

What badges did you buy? With what tech support did you spoke? Which badge worked?

Because to me it looks like you don't own any badge.
