ConsistencyConfig.json

I tried making some changes but NS2 won't let me start a listen server due to "files not matching the server". I already had a modified ConsistencyConfig.json to skip checking with a listen server, but that seems to have stopped worked an unknown amount of builds ago. I removed it and a new copy was created but it seems it doesn't matter what I change it to, it always appears to check whatever the defaults in ConsistencyConfig.json file were, regardless of the current content.

Did the workings of consistency checking change and now I'm looking in the wrong place?

    Did you change use_own_consistency_config in the ServerConfig.json to true? This was added two builds ago to solve the issue that many server admins never updated their config or used incorrect ones ;)

    JSON doesn't actually support comments. :( Could be added as some junk data, like a "_comment" string.
