I have no idea why this is happening, it doesn't happen when playing windowed in other games.

What driver version do you use? Over all a tech_support.zip would be really helpfull

I had crouch as left-alt, changed it to capslock and it fixed it.

I use left-alt to crouch in all other games without issue.

I recommend playing in fullscreen, you won't have issues there.
You'll receive an additional 20 fps, less mouse input delay (~16 ms) and an overall smoother experience.
