2nd prototype not unlocking

i bought the earliest access and on my humble page it says it'll one will become available a day. on the http://subnauti.ca/ site it says 0 second to next prototype and its not available on the humble page as of yet.

does it unlock based on what time i bought it? or did you not account for time zones?

It says 4 hours on the main website for me, but could download it from humblebundle regardless
