[Loading Crashes] Having issues with my Natural Selection 2, unable to enter servers.

Whenever I attempt to enter a server, I sometimes can't connect whatsoever, and when I do, the game just crashes instead. This is really frustrating, I just want to be able to play and enjoy the game :(
