PRes bug [Build 270]

I saw this happening on 2 competitive matches yesterday that all players including the commander has his normal PRes at the beginning of the round, but the first guy to enter the CC/Hive will lose his Pres during the game.

Look at aliens PRes. Especially notice what happns when Golden (g) enters the hive.

    This was already tracked down to be a ns2+ bug. @Mendasp is it fixed yet?
