I cant play

I just got your game.But i cant play it.

Menu is broken.Buttons just ignore my clicks.When i finally after like an hour of loading get into server, all i see is a skybox and some lights(sounds work)
I deleted those folders and downloaded them again but nothing works.Im starting to feel like this game is a waste of money.it looks cool and all and i rly want to play ns but damn, i paid for this.Im trying hard to not be an asshole for you guys :D Help me if you can.Sorry for my engrish :D
