Assigning Keys?

Hi.

I just noticed with the latest experimental update that the key assignments have changed. I got use to using the tab key for opening the menu.

Q: Is there a config file of sorts which I can reassign the tab key?

If Not...

Q: Is there a key bind command I could use via the console?
