Can Someone Please Explain This To Me?

<div class="IPBDescription">Weapons being unusable (red)</div> I know that many weapons for aliens only work after you have X amount of hives, but that isnt the problem here.

I have noticed that sometimes I cannot use all my weapons as marines and kharaa.when marine's my pistol is often red, yet I have ammo for it, then a minute later it will work.. sometimes it goes away.


this same thing happens with alien weapons.. i've had times when I cannot bite as skulk and many a minute later I can, same thing with using weapons 2 and 4 as onos. It's not the hive's because I will have the same amount of hives, maybe it's how many types there are of a certain species?? like no gorges or too many of the same type??


Is this normal and if so how does it work? or is my game messed up?

it's odd because I often have times when I can use the weapon and a minute later I can't, then another minute or two I can again...

it's really annoying.






P.S. What do I need to use paraylize and primal scream as Onos? these hardly ever seem to work. I have all hive's... maybe it has something to do with chambers? thanks

adrenaline + primal scream = train of destruction by yourself just remember to recharge your energy before activating charge.

primal scream + horde of kharaa = dead base.

I was playing a game where we had an entire teamful of onii in ns_eclipse and the marines had only their main base left, and we didn't beat them for a long time because we kept getting stuck in the doors. It was really embarassing.
