Game can not be started (unknown error)

Hello,
it's been a few weeks since I last played Subnautica. I wanted to try it out again, but the game won't start.
When I want to launch it, it will say game can not be started (unknown error).
When I try to launch it again it will say game can not be started (missing program file)
After that I verified the game files. It finds 1 corrupt file.
When I want to start the game it says unknown error again.
The following starts show missing program file again.
It doesn't matter wether I'm on experimental or not
