Help a Veteran, can't load game :/

Hi, My computer crash yesterday and I make a fresh install of Windows
Now I can't launch NS2, crash at start, black screen

Here is the log :

    Make sure that you reinstalled and updated all the necessary drivers. It says it couldn't initialize the render device, so it's likely video drivers. Are you able to play other games?

    Searching that D3D invalid call error it looks like what can fix it is going into %AppData%/Natural Selection 2/system_options.xml and setting the x and y res to your current monitor's resolution.

    Install DirectX as well as your latest video drivers
