Can't download NS+

For some reason I cannot download NS+. When I join the server, I can see "Downloading mods..." with several mods being already downloaded and NS+ with 0%. I tried to subscribe NS+ (via Steam's Workshop) and download it this way but still, no luck. I just doesn't want to download. It's the only mod that refuses to work. Any ideas? I haven't changed or installed on my PC anything new... maybe AMD Omega Drivers but I doubt NS+ can't be downloaded because of the latest graphic drivers. What's weird, I can remember I already had NS+ downloaded on previous build. I don't why it decided to abandon my SDD and doesn't want to come back. Any ideas?

It's still valid as last NS2+ update was Dec 18th.
What we can do is zip up all the major mods in their current version, put them somewhere to download and sticky it. People want to play and that let's them play.
