fatal error couldn't initialize the render device

I got this problem just today i was able to play the game just fine the day before was it maybe the update?
Also i got a radeon card all the other forums that i searched where ninvidia cards could someone help?

Please upload your techsupport.zip file, you'll find the executable in your ns2 folder. Make sure NS2 is closed when you run it.
This will give us data about your PC and any errors / logs

Where do i upload it to?

Upload it here, use the URL tag, either use mediafire or sendspace, whatever is your medium.

When you post here there's an "attach a file" button just below the window you're typing in. Be sure you upload your tech support zip file, not the executable which generates it.
