Some player cant connect on servers even if they have Uninstalled/Redownloaded/Roaming files cleared/Verifyed

Im a really big fan of the NS2 idea and play it alot but at the moment Natural Selection 2 is at its worst point since very long time
im really not pointing anything about balancing here its all heavy Technical issues that only can be fixed by UWE
i mean cmon... just fix that hitreg please...
