Worked for me, mouse sensitivity slider does not work that well now but the game works fine

Even tough the screen resolution tab says 1920x1080 the game runs at 2560x1080 so dont worry about that

As you can see from the bottom icons seem squashed any help would be super running on a Monitor Samsung

I'm doing similar, windowed, on a triple monitor setup.
-force-d3d9 -screen-height 1014 -screen-width 3830 -single-instance
