How long should it take to receive the hull plate from the special edition?

Hi there,

First up - I am loving Subnautica so far. Back in the day I co-wrote a pen and paper RPG called 'Blue Planet' and Subnautica is like that brought to life... but cooler. Going into the deep sea with my Cyclops for the first time was exhilarating. :)

Now to my query: I bought the Special Edition from the Humble Widget and completed and submitted the form with my Steam ID but 24 hours later there is no sign of the hull plate in my Steam Inventory. How long should it take to arrive? Should I be concerned yet, or does it normally take a while?

Keep up the excellent work!

The Hull Plates are usually done in rounds every week or two. The reason for this, is that they have to be done completely by hand as it's not an automatic process.

Poking @acedude and @Hugh so that they know :)

Awesome, I figured it was something like that. I remember the similar hassles I went through when we released Fate of the World on Steam :)

Hiya, sorry to necro my thread, but still no sign of my hull plate in my Steam Inventory almost four weeks after I bought Subnautica Special Edition and completed and submitted the form. I did also post on the Steam thread but no one from Unknown Worlds has commented in the last couple of weeks so I thought I'd try here, especially as I am not the only one still waiting. It isn't a major issue, but it would be good to get some kind of update.

Aside from that: Keep up the good work, Subnautica is looking great - can't wait to try out sea bases :)

    Hey,
I'm working on this right now. Can you send me a link to your Steam profile? It would be best if you make the inventory public.

HullPlate received safe and sound - it appeared in a new Subnautica section of my Steam Inventory once I launched Subnautica. Thank you!
