Black screen after loading map

Hi there,
I already read the threads of The_Welsh_Wizard and jubu4711, but so far nothing helped.
When I connect to a server the map loads normally, but when it has finished loading I don't see the ready room, just a black screen.
It stays like this for 5-10 minutes and sometimes the ready room shows up, sometimes not (maybe it does, but I didn't wait longer).
I followed the "nuke from orbit" guide, uninstalled everything, unsubscribed everything and deleted the /Steam/userdata/<steamid>/4920 folder, then reinstalled.
Could you take a look at the attached tech_support ZIPs (one with net_log level 2)?
Thanks in advance!

If you get a black screen after finishing loading and it doesn't disappear after about 5-10 sec, the "post-loading" failed as the camera was not created for you due to incorrect network packets.
We are currently investigating in the cause why this is happening at some servers to some players.
I just tried woozas club bizarre, alliance franco belge, russia #4, hellarious basterds. All loading without problems.
Woozas is just my standard server, so I didnt consider others.
Thanks for looking into it! Hope something comes up.
Best regards
Be aware that all 24+ player servers have to use hex-edited binaries and bypass the design patters of ns2. Therefor while playing on them there can be issues caused by that.
As those servers use hex-edited binaries we offer only limited support here for them
@bender09 : what router you are using? Also some People with a setup of a hdd and an AMD GPU reported, when disabling vsync, the blackscreen would dissapear. But i can't confirm this.
For the record: my router is a Technicolor 7200, using an SSD and a GTX970.
