About the blueprints you need to find

I don't think you should be able to see the requirements for the Seamoth, StasisRifle, Terraformer etc. until you have acquired the blueprint. This would prevent players from pre-gathering the materials needed for the thing they want to build.
Also, how would you possibly now what materials to use if you don't have the blueprint anyway?
