Reducing map vote time limit from 2 minutes to 1 minute (Need help?) also using Shine Administration

Hello, I'm trying to reduce the time it takes for a vote to pass when the round ends, it takes 2 minutes for the map to change if no vote has been accepted, I'm using SHINE administraiton mod as well, not sure if it changes anything.

Would appeciate knowing how to reduce that time it takes for map to change.

When it comes to shine you find most answers inside the Shine Wiki.

Any idea on how to increase the time it takes for a round to start when both commanders are on their seat?

Right now its 30 seconds, where can I edit that timer to make it higher, say to 45.
