Map Serving Server

<div class="IPBDescription">Upload rates...?</div> I seem to recall it's possible to uncap the upload rate of a server when it's delivering the map to someone - they also need to cap their framerate to 9999 or something... I've totally forgotten how, but if I'm going to beta test on the 'net, I'm going to need to do so... anyone remember the commands?
