Feedback menu won't go away! Experimental Build 17908

So, I started the game after updating it, but when it came up, the feedback menu was already up, and I was still on the title screen. I clicked the X and hit F8 about a dozen times, but nothing happened. So I thought "Well, if the feedback menu won't go away, I'll use it to report the bug!"
But nothing worked. I could click in the boxes designating it as a bug, gameplay or fps issue, etc., and I could click the popup windows, but it wouldn't let me type anything or submit it. I started the game but it still didn't go away. The debug console wouldn't come up, even though it is enabled.
My game is basically screwed. I can't use things like the builder, because the cursor stays in the center of the screen, and I'm not able to move the mouse. I tried restarting the game and my computer, and even logging in to my laptop, but it was the same each time.
