I think it'll be crafted at a fabricator for 1 air tank, 3 titanium (or a plasteel ingot), and anything else the devs want to throw in there. Its ammunition can be created by one titanium for five rounds, and the rounds will either stack or fit into an ammo box in the inventory. It'll have limited air pressure of 100%, with every 3 shots dropping the pressure by 1%. It will not be automatic, but will fire as fast as you can click. You can refill the air tank anywhere there's air, just by having it equipped. To refill, you MUST have it both equipped AND out in your hands. It'll refill by ~2% per second. Ideally, the ammunition will stack to 99 units for one square of storage. An ammunition count will show above the weapon similar to the terraformer, with the air pressure count above the hotkey bubbles.
Second: A Full-Sized Ship
It will not submerge, but will be a large ship capable of docking the Cyclops, a Sea Moth, and the Exosuit. It will implement a mapping feature with sonar, but you must sail over an area to map it. It will ONLY map the surface, and you will NOT be able to take the map away from the sonar mapping interface. I've got a mental image of something akin to a cruise liner mixed with a naval Ticonderoga cruiser, without weapons. It will have plenty of elbow room for storage and equipment. Basically, a mobile HQ mothership, and the largest vehicle in the game. It'll be able to mount 20 power cells in the engine, and it will not drop past 1% minimum energy, similar to the Cyclops. All utilities except for lights and piloting will become unpowered (including sonar). It'll be crafted using materials needed for the Cyclops, just in greater amounts.
