when i try build another base, its missing after reload

Are you sure the base is disappearing, and not the game simply failing to save?

I have 3 Bases, one very Big near the Lifepod, one on the Floating Island and the third I build on a little Island that I build with my terraformer, this Little Island has a pool, where I have some peepers, airsacks and hoverfishes. I will catch more and let them swim in my pool
