[Experimental] new air tanks not registering when loading

I have two high-capacity air tanks in inventory. They work fine, until I save and quit.
When I reload, I have 45 secs of air only.
However, if I drop the 2 tanks and then pick them up again, they register correctly and I am back at the proper air level.
