LADDER CONSTRUCTION BUG (Experimental 18886)

Hello all !
I'm here to report a consequent map bug in the 18886 Built.
I dug up a tunnel with the Terraformer and built my base into it. (It was inside the little Jellyshroom cave in the Grassy Plateau)
I superposed two corridors, and when I went to build a ladder between them, my game froze for half a second and right after, it dug up all the map around me, in a cube as big as the rendering distance (I think).
I restarted a new game, retried it for science, and it happened again (inside and oustide building of my ladder).
To sum up :
Hardcore Mode (Don't know if that change anything but I prefer to be specific)
Recomended graphics settings.
Underground Base, GrassyPlateau, Jellyshroom Cave.
Building a ladder froze the game for a very short time (Might be the bug itself happening).
Map in the rendering distance dissapear (Floating SpikePlant Hype !).
I don't know if it happened for other players though, I might be the first or only one to experience that...
I'll post screenshots in a few minutes.
Have a nice one ! (Don't build ladders if you care about your heighmap until then )

The bug only happen this way : If you build a T corridor under a Normal corridor, you'll see that the ghost placement of the ladder is not complete. It's half inexistant, it's weird, not normal. In fact, this missing part of the ladder is 100 meters above your head, as big as the Aurora. If you place the ladder, you'll be teleported a meter down, under an invisible roof, and you'll be prompted to construct the ladder everywhere you go.
That is this square ladder part that actually dig up the map if you construct it.
Sum up and reproduction step :
Build a T corridor under a normal corridor. (Or a normal corridor on a T corridor, whatever x) )
Place a ladder between them, you'll notice that the ghost placement isn't right. (If not, try another degree of placement for one of your corridor until you get it).
Build it half (the ladder) and get to the surface, you'll see a verry huge square-like piece of the ladder actually being build in the sky.
Build it 100% and it will dig up the map around.
If your ghost ladder is not looking normal, don't contruct it until they fix this weird bug !
