Right to use "UWE" vidéo content

Hi,

Is it allowed to use some UWE vidéos content for vidéos concerning a mod in NS2 ? I am thinking about adding the one in attachment at the beginning of a teaser for the Faded mod.

Well the thing is, YouTube is kinda one of the major PR cannons and they even brought an Aussie on board who was spamming loads of NS2 video's as well (love ya @Hugh :P )

And as such, they saw the importance of online video PR and want to reach out to them and also protect them. This was the main reason to setting up the page

actually, technically that clip contains the UWE logo so you need to contact them by email to get permission to use it.

I will contact them and ask directly, if I have to change then I will simply replace it with the faded default picture (and it will be ok)

I was going to say that I think the video intro logo bit only goes on official trailers. I don't think they'd want that used, other than that it should be cool.
