Upgrades for the statis rifle

I heard they are working on upgrades for the stasis rifle, one of them is allowing it to have multiple bullets.

I was thinking about another upgrade, maybe harder to get: the permafield.

A field that doesn't fade and keeps the animals in it trapped, until you shoot another one, and to balance it would drain more power.

I don't know about a permanent field, but maybe you could hold the field up so long as the gun has power. Giving you a little more time to escape from what ever monster you pissed off and is coming to eat you!
