standart functions on console?

Okay I can't think of a good title name that fits so if an admin could change so it fits the topic better it would be great.

My question is if I can bind functions that can be bound in the main menu already can be rebound using the console, since I would really like to have multiple keys that will do the same thing. In my case I want to have the Quick Switch function on Q and MouseWheelDown.

Can anyone help me here how to do that?

I highly doubt it will ever be in game, too much work for console commands

I made a trello card for it.. no promises though as the keybinding system is a nightmare.
