Hi, I just wanted to ask (rougly) how long I'll have to wait to play Subnautica on Linux without wine,
as none of the developers have reacted to the corresponding discussion in the Steam community yet.

    YES! Linux mint 19 mate. I've heard if the unity project was complied to 'Vulcan' it would work on Linux. Steam Phonon 4.x failes to render the escape pod. I would think that the developers could easily do this?

    Can confirm that Proton 4.x works (Linux Mint 19.1 Cinnamon). But you have to use the experimental branch of Subnautica or you will get weird mouse problems.
