Console Mute Command?

god damn....some people are REALLY RETARDED with thier mics and abuse it so very much...pisses me off...is there ANY console command to mute people???

You might as well just "voice_enable 0" for the time being and check in every 5 minutes if communication is impossible.

yeah but then if the comm uses voice or if someone has something IMPORTANT to say you miss out on it...

yeah I want a to mute ppl too. And I dont want to switch it off complet (voice_enable 0).
I would really like to mute ppl via scoreboard...
