Description: When deconstructing a Bulkhead between Base Corridors, Flooding State does not Update. For example, if a flooded and non-flooded corridor are separated by a Bulkhead, and the Bulkhead is deconstructed, the Water will not flow from one corridor to the other.

Reproduction Steps:
1. Construct a two Corridor Base, with the Corridors separated by a bulkhead.
2. Construct a hatch on both corridors so that entrance/exit can be acheived.
3. Flood one corridor by striking a wall three times with a knife.
4. Travel to non-flooded corridor by exiting base and entering on other side.
5. Deconstruct Bulkhead, and observe that water does not flow between compartments.

Note that Video was taken in 20508, still works in latest build.

This is a good bug report. Like woah good. high fives.

Second this looks like something due to the changes they are doing with the flooding systems to allow water tight bulkheads. It will probably go away in a few days. Track this ticket: https://trello.com/c/ItP64H8x/4633-stop-flooding-with-bulkheads and if it moves to done and its still broken I will get a bug in about it.

    Thanks

Yeah, I agree that they have been changing a bunch of stuff to accommodate the bulkheads, and they are likely to fix it due to the amount of work they are doing on it.
