[BUG] Builder Material Use Error. BUILD: 21103 (Experimental)

Subnautica Version - 21103
Description - When building the vertical connectors builder says it needs 2xTitanium, instead consumes 2x glass to make each segment
Reproduction steps - Happens any time you try to build the Vertical Connector

Don't see it in the list will make obby test it tonight and get it fixed if needed.

Getting 2 Titanium at the expense of 6 quartz is not 'lovely'

Also, if you use the experimental build you should expect any bug tbh. ^^

I understand there will be bugs, that's why when I find them I report them, mostly over the in game bug report, but I report all the bugs I find.
