BUG: Not connected to the interwebs

When I tried to enable the console (I was trying out the experimental build) and I hit F8 it gave me the error: Error: Not Connected to the interwebs, etc..

Honestly, that might probably be your internet acting up. Also, give more detail to get this noticed by mods, devs ect.
