I notice that when I join my own server (ns2.ibisgaming.com) from my laptop I get a message stating:
"The server you are joining is using custom network settings. This may or may not..."
I have not made any changes to my servers network settings. Although I do run mods like shine for example.
Is there a way to prevent this message?

Joke aside, let's find out what value got changed first. Run perfmon for that and post the header here.
