Better Pause Menu

This is really the only complaint I have with the game right now.

We desperately need a better Pause Menu.

I'm tired of having to restart Subnautica every time I want to start a new game, or load another game.

So I'd like to suggest a Pause Menu with the following layout

1. Resume Game (Optional, since the player can just hit [Esc] again)
2. Save Game
3. Load Game
4. Options
5. Send Feedback
6. Quit (Would ask if you want to quit to the Main Menu, or to the Desktop)
