Yes, even if you host it yourself. The maximum size of signatures is 400x75 pixels, and a maximum filesize of 22Kb.

umm www.sharemation.com is a place where you can host upto 5mb of useless crap, maybe you can use that if you some how manage to lower your sigs size(bytes)
