Seabase Building Glitch

So I had been working on making a Moonpool for my seabase and I had all but an Advanced Wiring Kit. I decided to save and quit since I had other things to do at the moment. When I started it up again my Moonpool was invisible and I decided to deconstruct it. When I did that I got the Advanced Wiring Kit and all of my other materials. It's quite weird.
