Where/how to rebind key controls?

My significant other went to change some of the keybindings today to be more user friendly (she's left handed) and noticed a complete lack of a keybind menu in the options screen?

Is there a file somewhere we need to edit to change the controls?

Been almost two months since I asked this, and I really don't feel like reinstalling the game just to find out only to uninstall it if the ability to rebind keys isn't there.

So, does anyone know if it's possible yet? (and if not, can I get word from the devs on when it will be added in?)

It is, jut not in the game itself. That little window that pops up when you boot the game from steam? You can change it there, together with the graphics and such
